Designed and manufactured in Australia, this clever device not only increases battery life by ensuring your wet cell lead acid battery has the correct water level at all times, it will save your business thousands of dollars in labour costs and reduce OH&S risks.

After the battery is fully charged the WaterGenius automatically delivers the correct volume of water to each individual battery cell via a Single Point Watering Kit (sold separately).

Installation

WaterGenius is positioned between the Battery Charger and the Battery
Water supply is piped up to the WaterGenius Inlet
The WaterGenius outlet hose is connected to the Batteries Single Point Watering Kit coupler
The WaterGenius electrical connectors are fast-connected to the positive and negative battery charger DC cables to monitor the battery charging status
The WaterGenius continuously monitors the battery charging status and once the battery is fully charged the WaterGenius automatically delivers the correct volume of water to each individual cell via the batteries Single Point Watering Kit
LED lights indicate the battery watering status:
- Red light = Battery is charging
- Amber light = Watering in progress
- Green light = Watering complete and battery ready for use

WaterGenius is designed to operate as either a stand alone system or fully integrated with Battery Technologies Q-Master Forklift Battery Queuing System.
